On August 26, 2008, Exica announced that their signature product, Vinturi Wine Aerator, will be used in all of Charlie Palmer's restaurants and will be available for purchase in all of Palmer's fine wine shops. This collaboration is the first for both Vinturi and the Charlie Palmer Group.

Palmer's is the first major restaurant group to include Vinturi as part of their wine experience.

The Charlie Palmer Restaurant Group, which includes Aureole, New York; Stirling Club, Las Vegas; Charlie Palmer at the Joule in Dallas; Aureole, Las Vegas. Palmer's retail wine shops include Lime Stone in Healdsburg, California and Next Vintage in Dallas, Texas.

Vinturi, a sleek, elegant wine accessory designed to effectively accelerate the aeration process, allows consumers to enjoy all the benefits of allowing a wine to breathe in just the time it takes to pour a glass. Vinturi instantly delivers a better bouquet, enhanced flavors and smoother finish.

Consumers simply hold Vinturi over a glass or decanter and pour wine through. Vinturi's design creates an increase in the wine's velocity and a decrease in pressure. This pressure difference draws in and mixes the proper amount of air for the right amount of time, allowing wine to breathe instantly.
