RFID wristband mobile marketing

On November 18, 2009, Talisman and RFID n Print announced the first dynamic mobile-marketing solution in an RFID wristband.

The new wristband provides, for the first time, instant rewards for brand loyalty and unlimited promotional offers through the Talisman service. Coupled with an innovative smart wristband, called Re-Coup, Talisman brings new opportunities for revenue to organizations and their affiliate businesses and sponsors in the leisure, entertainment and hospitality industries.

Re-Coup wristbands are flexible, multi-use mobile marketing platforms containing a removable, reusable RFID coupon, and are a green alternative to single-use, disposable wristbands. The Re-Coup wristband delivers unlimited promotional capability thanks to the combination of variable data, photo-quality printing, a reusable RFID coupon and the real-time intelligence software and service called Talisman.

Re-Coup, paired with Talisman's intuitive web-based software allows primary and affiliate businesses to create and manage ongoing incentive campaigns quickly and easily with real-time performance monitoring. The solution is fully hosted with all hardware, software and training included.

Talisman-powered promotions are expected to return three benefits to theme park operators and hotels:

  1. an increased number of customer return visits and higher participation rates through targeted promotions,
