Miss Mexico, Jimena Navarrete, is 21 years old and loves nature, boating, riding motorcycles, spending time with her family and traveling. The judging panel for the 2010 Miss Universe Pageant included: illusionist and mystifier, Criss Angel; actor, producer and writer, William Baldwin; world-renowned percussionist and drummer, Sheila E; anchor of "NBC Live," Tamron Hall; 2010 Olympic Gold Medalist and 2009 World Figure Skating Champion, Evan Lysacek; Oscar nominated actor and director best known for his work in A Bronx Tale, Chazz Palminteri; American singer and actress, Chynna Phillips; winner of multiple Emmys and Golden Globes, Jane Seymour; and international supermodel, Niki Taylor.

Final Results:

First Runner-Up: Miss Jamaica, Yendi Phillipps; will assume the duties of Miss Universe if the titleholder for some reason cannot fulfill her responsibilities.

Second Runner-Up: Miss Australia, Jesinta Campbell.

Rest of Top Five: Miss Ukraine, Anna Poslavska; and Miss Philippines, Venus Raj.

Rest of Top Ten: Miss Ireland, Rozanna Purcell; Miss Albania, Angela Martini; Miss Puerto Rico, Mariana Paola Vicente; Miss South Africa, Nicole Flint; and Miss Guatemala, Jessica Scheel.

Rest of Top Fifteen: Miss Belgium, Cilou Annys; Miss France, Malika Menard; Miss Russia, Irina Antonenko; Miss Colombia, Natalia Navarro; and Miss Czech Republic, Jitka Valkova.

Miss Photogenic Universe Award: Miss Thailand, Fonthip Watcharatrakul. The delegate who exemplifies beauty through the lens of a camera. She was awarded a $1,000 cash prize and a gift from pageant sponsor Diamond Nexus Labs.

Miss Congeniality Universe Award: Miss Australia, Jesinta Campbell. This award reflects the respect and admiration of the delegate's peers, who voted for her as the most congenial, charismatic and inspirational participant. She was awarded a $1,000 cash prize and a gift from Diamond Nexus Labs.

National Costume Award: Miss Thailand, Fonthip Watcharatrakul. This award was decided by an online vote through Club Universe.

Close on the heels of the Miss Teen USA 2010 pageant comes the one for Miss Universe 2010. The difference in broadcast media is that this one is televised (where the other one was webcast).

Musician Bret Michaels Today show host Natalie Morales will host the 2010 Miss Universe Pageant live from Mandalay Bay Resort & Casino in Las Vegas on August 23 on NBC. Orianthi and John Legend & The Roots will perform live during the competition.

Bret Michaels has over 70 million albums sold worldwide. Michaels is also a songwriter, producer, director and actor who was recently named season three winner of NBC's "The Celebrity Apprentice." Michaels first gained fame in the 1980s, and has produced chart-topping albums and singles ever since. Michaels' new album, "Custom Built," which is currently the # 1 independent and hard rock album, is in stores now.

Natalie Morales joined the cast of the Today show in February 2006 as co-host and correspondent and she recently hosted the "2010 Miss USA Pageant." Hispanic magazine named Morales one of the "Top Hispanics to Watch" in 2005 and one of the "Top Trendsetters" in 2003.

Orianthi, an Australian singer-songwriter and guitarist, grabbed our attention with her mesmerizing guitar solo during Carrie Underwood's "Last Name" performance at the 2009 Grammys. Soon after Michael Jackson hand picked her to be his lead guitarist for the "This Is It" concert tour. She will perform her hit song "According to You" during the swimsuit competition. Orianthi's debut album "Believe" was released worldwide last fall and this past June she released "Believe (II)" which features four newly recorded tracks.

New musical collaboration John Legend & The Roots ("Late Night with Jimmy Fallon") will set the tone for the evening gown portion of the telecast. Legend is the recipient of six Grammy Awards and The Roots are renowned for their soulful, eclectic approach to hip-hop, which includes live instrumentals. John Legend & The Roots will release their forthcoming album, "WAKEUP!" September 21.

The two-hour television event, comprised of contestants representing over 80 countries around the world, will compete in three categories: swimsuit, evening gown and interview. Worldwide distribution of the competition has topped over 190 countries and territories in past years.

Miss Universe 2009, Stefania Fernandez, will crown her successor at the conclusion of the live broadcast. During her reign, Fernandez has traveled the globe as an advocate for HIV/AIDS education and awareness. Miss Universe 2010 will continue this work throughout her reign.
