Memorex miniMoveFrom Yenra
On September 16, 2008, Memorex announced the availability of the miniMove portable boombox for iPod, a product that blends fashion with electronics. Making its debut on the catwalk as part of the VPL by Victoria Bartlett Spring/Summer 2009 fashion show on September 11, the miniMove's unique design -- reminiscent of a woman's handbag -- and versatile technical features represent a new approach to electronics made to fit a modern woman's lifestyle. Inspired by the shape of a purse, the Memorex miniMove features a unique high-fashion design silhouette with an integrated handle to make carrying and sharing music from your iPod or any MP3 device stylish and fun. The miniMove made its pre-launch debut late last week on the catwalk during New York fashion week, as part of a cooperative marketing arrangement between VPL by Victoria Bartlett and Memorex. Silver and black versions of the miniMove were carried by models in place of a handbag in three fashion ensembles. Each miniMove was outfitted with a matching iPod Nano digital media player. The Memorex miniMove portable boombox for iPod lets you play and charge all iPod devices with docking compatibility and includes a digital FM radio with station presets. To keep you charged up when you are on the move, the Memorex miniMove offers the option of using AC/DC power operation or AA batteries. A wireless remote makes controlling music selections from across the room a breeze. The miniMove has a 30-pin dock connector and line-in headphone jack for versatile listening. It comes in chic designer colors of black, silver and pink and costs $49.99. | |||
