Announced November 21, 2008, Axios Systems signed its first client in Brazil through partner iO2: Construtora OAS, one of Brazil's largest construction companies, handling a broad portfolio of projects across South America, from major infrastructure developments such as the San Paulo underground railway, major international airports, water and energy infrastructure projects (dams and power plants), petrochemical and refineries plants, to residential housing, office blocks, industrial complexes, retail complexes and sports stadium.

OAS selected Axios' assyst software due to its fast deployment time, strong out-of-the-box functionality and ability to support all Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) disciplines with one non-modular system. The installation will provide OAS with a single consolidated environment to manage all of its central services operations.

assyst from Axios is built around a market-leading Configuration Management Database (CMDB). The software steers users through the ITIL processes which help organizations transition toward the next generation of ITSM and Service Desks. assyst offers a unique lifecycle approach to ITSM with the integration of all ITIL processes (including of Incident Management, Capacity Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Asset Management, Configuration Management and Service Level Management), ten of which have been verified by Pink Elephant's PinkVERIFY service as compatible with industry best practices (Based on ITIL V3), in a single, out-of-the-box application. It empowers management with a dashboard-based transparent view of real-time performance against Service Level Agreements (SLA), and Operations Level Agreements (OLA) using Web 2.0 technologies.
