Installation of an i-Series amplifier is straightforward: one removes the stock amplifier, plugs the i-Series amplifier into the OEM wiring harness, and connects the main power and ground wires. The amplifier automatically retains all the OEM functions such as steering wheel controls, radio functionality, Bluetooth, OnStar and navigation functions. Once installed, it can put out more than 800 watts of power, and features a dedicated subwoofer output and a 10-inch Phoenix Gold subwoofer for deep, hard hitting bass. The i-Series amplifier also includes a pre-amp and remote turn-on output that make introducing additional amplifiers simple.
