On August 12, 2008, Kingston announced it is shipping a 32GB Elite Pro SDHC Flash memory card for use with today's digital video camcorders and other high-resolution imaging devices. The new 32GB card is the largest capacity in Kingston's Elite Pro line of SDHC cards, which currently includes 4-, 8- and 16GB capacities.

Kingston's 32GB memory card is perfect for the increasing number of high-resolution recording devices in the market, as the card can store literally thousands of photos and hours of high definition video.

The 32GB SDHC card costs $308. The 32 gig SD card is compliant with the SD Card Association specification version 2.00 and compatible with SDHC host devices. It is not compatible with standard SD-enabled devices/readers.
