Miss Rhode Island Teen USA 2003 is Kristina Primavera! Kristina was crowned on September 15, 2003 at Roberts Auditorium at Rhode Island College. Kristina is 15 years old and is the daughter of Becky and Victor Primavera of Cranston, Rhode Island. Kristina has two younger sisters, Samantha and Alexandra.

Kristina is a student at Lincoln School in Providence. She is a member of the National Honor Society and S.A.D.D. (Students Against Destruction Decisions). She enjoys being a member of the varsity soccer, swimming and crew teams. Kristina has completed a Counselor in Training program at the Wheeler School also in Providence.

Additionally, Kristina enjoys doing charity work such as serving meals at the Amos House with her dad and helping with Pennies for Patients Charity Drive. She is also a member of the Make a Wish Club.

In the summer Kristina works as a cabana girl at the Bonnet Shores Beach Club in Narragansett. Soon she will begin a Lifeguard Training course at Brown University and this summer she hopes to work as a lifeguard. She also enjoys photography and fashion design.
