New: Miss USA 2005 Chelsea Cooley, Miss North Carolina, chosen in Baltimore by judges such as Molly Sims and Raj Bhakta from the Apprentice.

Tami Nichole Farrell, Miss Oregon Teen USA, was named Miss Teen USA 2003. She also won the the Congeniality Award which reflects the respect and admiration of the delegate's peers, who voted for her as the most congenial, charismatic and inspirational participant.

A self-described former tomboy, Tami won second place at a rodeo when she was 12 and was the first girl on her town's all-boy baseball team. (Her proudest accomplishment was silencing her teammates' criticisms by hitting the game-winning grand slam in their final game.) She volunteers with the Children's Miracle Network, the Salvation Army and the American Red Cross. A recent high school graduate, her goals are to win Miss Teen USA, pursue a singing, modeling and acting career and get her degree in liberal arts.
