1.5 million votes have been cast and FHM's girl next door has been chosen.

Lauren Harris of Cherry Hill, New Jersey has been chosen Miss FHM 2005 in the magazine's first reader-selected pageant of beautiful women.

After nearly three months of voting, Harris is the hottest girl next door according to FHM's readers. The voting began in August when FHM kicked off its invitational with a tournament-style grid of sixty-four beautiful girls. Miss FHM 2005 contestants were featured in a special supplement in the magazine. She was chosen from among four final candidates.

As Miss FHM 2005, Harris will make appearances at FHM events and parties and be featured in the magazine throughout the next year.
