Traditionally, aspiring models and actors had to travel, often to multiple cities, hoping for a 30 second meeting at an agency or mail thousands of letters and photos to agencies in these cities, hoping to be noticed among the sea of manila envelopes. Now, the model search company enables agencies seeking new faces to easily scroll through thousands of applicants or limit the search to specific skill, physical or geographical characteristics, viewing only those who make their cut.
