Empress Software announces the Empress Data Management System is accessible to people with disabilities according to the rules established by the federal government in Section 508. Section 508, an amendment to the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, requires Federal agencies to ensure that electronic and information technology is accessible to people with disabilities - "Fulfilling America's Promise to Americans with Disabilities".
